Studying environmental science is very important because it helps us to better understand our planet and our planet is our home. Imagine what it would be like if you did not understand how to get around your house or how to use the any of the things inside your home. Imagine what it would be like if you did not take care of your home, keep it clean, and fix things when they break! Your house would slowly rot and fall apart. We need to study Environmental Sciene so we can bettr undersand our planet and keep it healthy and in good shape. I would like to share three specific reasons as to why Environmental Science is important. The first is to better understand ways to take care of and protect our rainforests.Rainforests help put fresh oxegen back into our atmosphere. Second, we need to undestand and study weather patterns so we can do a better job predicting earthquakes, hurricanes, and tornados so we can be better prepared for these terrible events and hopefully save peoples lives. Third, we need to understand the things that might hurt our land and water which are so important for our survival. We need land to live on and grow food and we need water to drink and grow food. This is a picture of a rain forest and trees help put oxygen back into our athmosphere.
